Vacuum-packed boneless prosciutto. This pack contains half a ham of Bagatto PDO Prosciutto di San Daniele that is aged for 16 to 17 months. Its reduced width makes it very practical to slice. The flavour is fuller and drier at the start and softer and sweeter at the end. It offers the same taste experience as a whole prosciutto ham.
