Back in 1954, Rino Bagatto opened a ham factory on Via Cesare Battisti. More than 50 years later, Rino’s son Dante and his grandson Lorenzo continue his work with the same boundless dedication and unaltered passion.
Although it was renovated and optimized in the 1990s and extended in 2012 with the addition of the shop and tasting area, the same production site is still used today. This helps to preserve the inimitable nature of the products and the manufacturing process. The location is right in the heart of the San Daniele zone, where there’s a deep-seated taste for tradition!
