"La Integrale" CORN FLOUR

Hand-selected corn cobs

La Integrale flour is obtained from ancient varieties of yellow corn and red vitreous pignoletto corn, harvested from cobs selected one by one by hand and dried in cages.

Its distinctive feature is that 10% more bran is left during the milling process, making it more flavourful than other polenta flours.
