Pradis cheese aged 18 months portioned and packaged in vacuum. The cheeses of the dairy of Pradis are produced with milk from cows fed exclusively on grass and hay. The stables are located in mountainous areas straddling the provinces of udine and Pordenone. The dairy was born in 1934 and is the one located highest in Friuli (750mt slm). The milk is processed with the old techniques all raw (not pasteurized) and with the use of grafted milk then without the addition of selected ferments.
